2.1 These Terms are a legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Software, and together with the Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.
2.2 These Terms apply to all versions and updates of the Software and to the official website/download page. Accounts, the checkout page, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and the account management page are provided by the billing platform under its Billing Platform Terms of Service; where such matters are inconsistent with these Terms, the billing terms shall prevail.
2.3 These Terms do not apply to Third-Party Content or third-party services. The rights and obligations between you and a third party are governed by your agreement with that third party and its license/service terms.
2.4 The rules for processing personal information are set out in the Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
Article 3 Service Content and Versions
3.1 The Software provides features such as browsing, searching, installing, editing, and debugging MCP Servers and Agent Skills, as well as backup, rollback, multi-client sync, runtime environment detection, themes, and multiple languages. The specific features are subject to the version you install and the official descriptions.
3.2 The Software is provided in different build variants and feature combinations. Some versions may contain advertising, restrict access to Cloud Sync, or subject certain features to license gating. Differences in features between versions are subject to what is displayed in the application and the official descriptions.
3.3 Cloud Sync is a feature subject to license gating: it is available during the trial period or while you hold a valid license; after the trial expires or the license becomes invalid, Cloud Sync may become unavailable, but local features such as store browsing, installation, Inspector, library editing, history rollback, and multi-device sync will generally remain available.
3.4 We may add, adjust, or discontinue certain features based on business, legal, or technical needs. For free features, we reserve the right to make changes; for paid services, we will act in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
3.5 The Software does not provide AI models or generative artificial intelligence services. When you use AI clients, model services, or third-party MCP Servers, you must comply with the terms of the relevant third parties and with the law.
3.6 Features marked as Beta, preview, experimental, or "coming soon" may be unstable, subject to change, or discontinued, are provided "as is", and do not constitute a commitment to official features. We may limit the scope of their use or require you to provide feedback.
3.7 Client activity statistics: The Software enables pseudonymous daily activity statistics by default, reporting only device/account HMAC digests, client version, plan type, and active time, used for daily active users/active devices and product improvement. It does not upload email, license keys, configuration, conversation content, or IP addresses. See Section 2.1 of the Privacy Policy for details.
Article 4 License Grant and Restrictions on Use
4.1 License grant: Provided that you comply with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to install and use the Software within the scope of the license.
4.2 Scope of use: The Software is licensed for use on your own devices or within your organization. Without our written permission, you may not resell, rent, lend, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Software, provide it to third parties as a hosted service, or integrate it into a product for which you charge third parties.
4.3 Restrictions on use: Unless mandatorily permitted by applicable law or otherwise agreed by us in writing, you may not:
- copy, modify, translate, or adapt the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to obtain source code, algorithms, keys, or internal data;
- remove, obscure, or tamper with the Software's copyright, trademark, license, or other rights notices;
- rent, lend, sell, resell, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Software or your License;
- bypass, crack, interfere with, or circumvent license verification, device binding, online verification, advertising, or security mechanisms;
- use the Software to develop competing products substantially similar to the Software, or to scrape the Software's interface, data, or APIs on a large scale;
- use the Software in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
4.4 License credentials: license keys, redemption codes, and account credentials are confidential information. You should keep them secure and must not share them publicly or resell them. Unauthorized use resulting from your failure to keep them secure shall be borne by you; we have the right to suspend or revoke the relevant License.
4.5 Organizational and bulk use: These Terms do not restrict normal use within your organization; for centralized purchasing, bulk deployment, or custom terms, please contact service@ywhome.top.
4.6 Reservation of rights: All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by us and our licensors.
4.7 Relationship with license files: The LICENSE file distributed with the Software forms part of these Terms. If these Terms conflict with the LICENSE regarding proprietary portions of the Software, these Terms shall prevail; for open source components, the applicable open source license shall prevail.
Article 5 Open Source Components
5.1 The Software is developed by building upon the open source project mcp-dock. Portions derived from mcp-dock remain subject to its MIT License; the relevant copyright notices and the full license text are included in the Third-Party Open Source License Notices (THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md) distributed with the Software.
5.2 The Software may also include other third-party open source components whose licenses may differ from these Terms. For such components, the terms of the open source license shall prevail; where an open source license requires the provision of source code or other materials, we will provide them at the appropriate location.
5.3 These Terms do not limit the rights you enjoy under open source licenses, nor do they impose additional restrictions on open source components.
Article 6 Accounts
6.1 Account features are provided by the billing platform. You should provide a truthful, accurate, and contactable email address and keep it up to date. You should complete email verification; the billing platform may require you to enable two-factor authentication (MFA) to safeguard your account. The specific account rules are governed by the Billing Platform Terms of Service.
6.2 You should properly safeguard your account password, verification codes, and access tokens, and must not share your account with others. Actions carried out through your account shall be deemed your own actions, unless it can be proven that they resulted from our fault.
6.3 If you discover that your account has been compromised, your credentials have been leaked, or other security risks exist, you should immediately change your password, log out of all sessions, and notify us at service@ywhome.top.
6.4 We may, for the purposes of security, compliance, or abuse prevention, restrict, freeze, or suspend an account, and will notify you through reasonable means. You may file an appeal.
6.5 Please apply to cancel your account in the manner described in the Billing Platform Terms of Service. After cancellation, account-related benefits, order inquiries, license management, and Cloud Sync licenses will terminate, except for transaction records and logs that laws require to be retained. Before cancellation, please back up your local data yourself and settle any outstanding orders/subscriptions.
6.6 You must not engage in bulk registration, malicious registration, impersonation of others, or use of accounts for unlawful activities or activities that harm the rights and interests of others.
6.7 Age requirements: Children under 14 years of age may not register an account, purchase paid services, or use features that require an account. Minors aged 14 or older but under 18 should use the Software with the consent and guidance of their guardian; where payment is involved, it should be completed or consented to by the guardian. If your jurisdiction sets a higher age of majority (for example, 16 or 18 years of age in some EEA countries), local law shall prevail.
Article 7 Payment, Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Refunds
7.1 Prices and taxes: The prices, currencies, billing cycles, and included benefits of paid services are subject to what is displayed on the billing checkout page. Prices may vary by region, promotion, or taxes. Except for taxes that we are legally required to bear, you shall bear the taxes that you are legally required to bear. The specific purchase rules are governed by the Billing Platform Terms of Service.
7.2 Payment: Payment for paid services is completed on the official checkout page we open for you in the system browser; the Software itself does not process payment transactions and neither receives nor stores your payment account or bank card information. The payment methods listed on the checkout page are handled by qualified third-party payment institutions, which process payment information under their own privacy policies, and you should comply with the terms of the payment institution. We receive only transaction result information such as order number, amount, currency, payment status, and refund status.
7.3 Auto-renewal: If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, the subscription will renew automatically at the cycle displayed on the checkout page unless you cancel before the end of the current period. Where required by applicable law, we will remind you before charging by email, in-app notification, or other reasonable means. You may cancel in "My Subscriptions" in the client or contact us at service@ywhome.top. After cancellation, your benefits remain until the end of the current billing cycle; fees already charged are non-refundable unless otherwise provided by these Terms or applicable law.
7.4 Refunds: Refund rules are governed by the Billing Platform Terms of Service. Eligible one-time orders may be refunded through the client or the billing account page on a pro-rata basis by remaining validity, and may be partial refunds; after a refund is successful, the corresponding License will immediately become invalid. Statutory rights granted to you by applicable law are not limited by these Terms.
7.5 Price adjustments: We may adjust prices. Price adjustments do not affect billing cycles you have already paid for and that have not yet expired; renewals will be charged at the adjusted price, and we will notify you within a reasonable period.
7.6 Arrears and chargebacks: If payment fails, a chargeback occurs, or fraud, abuse, or non-compliance exists, we have the right to suspend or terminate the relevant License and Services, and we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs.
7.7 Invoices: If you need an invoice, please contact us at service@ywhome.top and provide the necessary information in accordance with applicable law.
Article 8 Free Trial, License Binding, and Online Verification
8.1 Free trial: The Software may offer a free trial (60 days by default, subject to what is displayed in the application). The trial is available once per device; the same user may not obtain it repeatedly by resetting local data, registering repeatedly, modifying device identifiers, using virtual machines/emulators, or other means. We may adjust the trial period or scope of features, or terminate the trial.
8.2 Trial start point: To prevent abuse, we may record the time the device first appeared and retroactively set the trial start point to the earliest time recorded on the server. This record is used only for trial and license management.
8.3 Device binding: A License may be bound to specific devices. Binding is based on the machine code derived from device hardware factors and salted hashing; we do not upload raw hardware serial numbers. By default, one License is bound to one device; to use the Software on multiple devices, please purchase multiple Licenses or agree otherwise in writing. After changing devices or major hardware, you may need to unbind before reactivating; we may provide a limited grace period for hardware changes (7 days by default, subject to what is displayed in the application).
8.4 Online verification: An activated installation may periodically (15 days by default) verify online with our license service. If a connection cannot be established, we will retry according to the established policy; if the installation remains offline beyond a certain period (30 days by default), it may enter a "verification online required" reminder state, and beyond a longer period (60 days by default), it may automatically become unactivated. Once connectivity is restored and verification succeeds, the License may be restored. The above periods may be adjusted depending on the version/configuration, subject to the instructions in the application.
8.5 Effect of license invalidation: If a License is revoked, expires, refunded, or fails verification, gated features such as Cloud Sync will be unavailable; local features will generally remain available. We are not liable for Cloud Sync interruptions or unsynced data caused by license invalidation, and you should keep your own backups.
8.6 Prohibition of circumvention: You must not circumvent the licensing mechanism by modifying the system time, tampering with the local license ledger, copying license files, using emulators/virtual machines for bulk activation, or other means. Such conduct may result in revocation of the License, suspension of the account, and possible legal liability.
Article 9 Advertising
9.1 Certain versions (for example, specific free versions) may display third-party advertising while not activated; such advertising will no longer be displayed while a License is valid. Advertising policies may differ across versions, regions, and channels, and the actual display in the application shall prevail.
9.2 Advertising content is provided by third-party advertising service providers. We are not the advertiser and do not guarantee the truthfulness, legality, or suitability of advertising content. Transactions or disputes between you and advertisers shall be handled by you.
9.3 You must not harm the lawful rights and interests of us or advertising service providers through click fraud, automated clicking, interference with ad loading, tampering with ad code, or other means.
9.4 Advertising service providers may collect device/advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and advertising interaction information under their privacy policies. For details, see the Privacy Policy and the policies of the advertising service providers.
Article 10 Third-Party Content and Services
10.1 Store data: The Software aggregates and displays MCP Servers and Skills from third-party data sources. We are not the publisher of such content, have not reviewed it individually, and do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, security, availability, or legality. Store data may be outdated, invalid, or modified by third parties.
10.2 MCP Servers: MCP Servers are executable programs or remote services developed by third parties. Installing or running an MCP Server may execute arbitrary commands on the local machine, read/modify files, access networks, consume computing resources, or invoke external APIs. You should review its source, code, permissions, and license before installation, use it in a controlled environment, and comply with that third party's license and terms of service. We are not liable for the conduct, security vulnerabilities, or losses caused by third-party MCP Servers.
10.3 Agent Skills: Skills may contain prompts, instructions, scripts, or accompanying files that may affect the behavior of AI agents, causing them to invoke tools, access data, or perform operations. You should review the content of Skills, avoid installing Skills of unknown origin or containing malicious instructions, and comply with their licenses. We are not liable for the conduct or consequences of Skills.
10.4 AI clients and model services: When you use third-party AI clients, model services, or APIs, you must comply with their terms and privacy policies. We are not a party to the agreement between you and such third parties, and we are not liable for model outputs, service interruptions, fees, or data leaks. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and you should evaluate them yourself and bear the consequences of use. The Software does not upload your conversation content to us.
10.5 Cloud Sync destinations: The destinations of Cloud Sync (Git repositories, SFTP servers) are provided and maintained by you. You should ensure the security of credentials, correct configuration of access permissions, and the legality of content, and should back up your data yourself. We do not handle or store your synced content, and we are not liable for losses caused by errors in your cloud configuration, permission leaks, service provider failures, or data loss.
10.6 External links: The Software may contain links to third-party websites. Such websites are independently operated by their operators, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10.7 Third-party changes: Third parties may update their clients, interfaces, licenses, or terms of service at any time, causing some features of the Software to become incompatible or unavailable. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we do not guarantee ongoing compatibility.
Article 11 User Content and Cloud Sync
11.1 You retain ownership of User Content. We do not claim ownership of User Content by reason of your use of the Software.
11.2 User Content is by default stored only on your device and managed by you. We do not actively access, collect, or upload User Content. If you actively push content to a cloud destination you designate through Cloud Sync, that transmission is initiated by you and directed to a third party of your choice.
11.3 You should ensure that User Content is lawful, does not infringe the rights of others, and does not contain malicious code, illegal information, or unauthorized confidential information. You are responsible for User Content and the consequences of its use.
11.4 If you actively provide us with configuration snippets, logs, or other materials for the purpose of troubleshooting, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use them solely as necessary to resolve that issue. We will not use them for other purposes and will protect any personal information contained in them in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
11.5 You should back up important data yourself. The historical backup feature of the Software cannot replace a complete disaster recovery plan; we are not liable for data loss, damage, or irrecoverability.
Article 12 Acceptable Use and Security
12.1 You must not use the Software to engage in the following:
- violating applicable laws, regulations, or public order and good morals;
- infringing the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, personal information, or other lawful rights and interests of others;
- creating or disseminating malware, viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, or other harmful code;
- accessing, scanning, probing, attacking, or interfering with the systems, networks, or services of others without authorization;
- carrying out denial-of-service attacks, large-scale scraping, spamming, or other abusive conduct;
- bypassing license, device binding, online verification, advertising, or security mechanisms;
- circumventing the payment, rate-limiting, access control, or other terms of third-party AI services, APIs, or platforms;
- impersonating us or our affiliates, or misrepresenting your relationship with the Software;
- other conduct that harms the lawful rights and interests of us, other users, or third parties;
- processing the personal information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information of others through the Software without lawful authorization or legal basis.
12.2 Security testing: Without our prior written authorization, you must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, stress testing, or other activities that may affect service stability on the Software, our website, or online services. We welcome responsible vulnerability disclosure; please see Attachment C.
12.3 If we discover that you are suspected of violating these Terms or the law, we have the right to investigate, suspend or terminate the Services, revoke the License, and report to law enforcement authorities where necessary. We will cooperate with investigations as required by law.
Article 13 Intellectual Property and Feedback
13.1 The intellectual property rights in the Software and its additions and modifications (including source code, interface, architecture, documentation, trademarks, and logos) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, and international treaties. Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, you acquire no other rights.
13.2 Portions derived from mcp-dock are subject to its MIT License; other open source components are subject to their respective licenses. See Article 5 and THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md for details.
13.3 Without our written permission, you must not use our name, trademarks, or logos for commercial promotion, or imply a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement relationship with us.
13.4 Feedback: If you provide us with suggestions, comments, bug reports, or other feedback, you agree that such feedback is non-confidential and that we may use, modify, and commercialize it worldwide free of charge, perpetually, and irrevocably, without any obligation to pay you compensation or provide attribution. You represent that such feedback does not contain the confidential information or intellectual property of others.
Article 14 Updates, Changes, and Discontinuation of Services
14.1 The Software may automatically check for updates and, after your confirmation, download and install new versions. Updates may modify features, interfaces, system requirements, or these Terms. Updated versions remain subject to these Terms (or the updated terms).
14.2 We may release security patches, bug fixes, or compatibility updates without notice; for material adverse changes, we will provide advance notice within a reasonable scope.
14.3 We may change, restrict, or discontinue certain features or services for business, legal, or technical reasons. For paid services, if we decide to discontinue the relevant paid services, we will refund the fees you have paid pro rata for the unused period, or provide other remedies required by law.
14.4 You should assess for yourself whether to install updates. Compatibility, security, or functionality issues arising from your refusal to update shall be borne by you; however, this does not relieve us of liability imposed by law.
14.5 Amendments to these Terms: We may revise these Terms due to legal changes, business adjustments, or feature updates. The revised Terms will be published on the official website or in the client, and the "Last updated" date will be updated; for material changes, we will notify you in advance through reasonable means such as announcements on the official website, in-client pop-ups, or email. After the revisions take effect, your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you should stop using the Software and uninstall it, or cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms. Where laws require us to obtain consent again, we will obtain it separately.
Article 15 Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
15.1 The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, freedom from viruses, uninterrupted operation, or error-free operation.
15.2 We do not warrant that the Software is compatible with all third-party AI clients, operating system versions, MCP Servers, or Skills, nor do we warrant the accuracy, timeliness, security, or legality of store data, search results, or Third-Party Content.
15.3 We do not warrant that the Software will not be affected by network attacks, malicious code, data leaks, or other security incidents. You should adopt device security, backup, and access control measures yourself.
15.4 The Software does not constitute legal, financial, medical, security, or other professional advice. Decisions you make based on the Software or Third-Party Content are your own responsibility.
15.5 High-risk uses: The Software is not suitable for medical diagnosis or treatment, life support, nuclear facilities, aviation navigation, military, transportation control, or other scenarios in which a failure could cause personal injury or significant property loss. If you use the Software in such scenarios, you bear the risk yourself.
15.6 We do not guarantee the availability, continuity, response time, or data preservation of the Services, unless the parties have separately agreed in writing on a service level agreement (SLA). We may suspend the Services due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures, or force majeure.
15.7 We are not liable for Third-Party Content, third-party services, third-party advertising, or losses caused by them, except as otherwise mandatorily provided by law.
15.8 These Terms do not exclude or limit any liability that may not be excluded or limited by law, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence, fraud, personal injury or death, and consumers' statutory rights.
Article 16 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
16.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or costs of procuring substitute services, whether or not such losses were foreseeable and whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory.
16.2 Our aggregate liability to you arising from these Terms or the Software shall not exceed the total amount you actually paid for the Software in the past twelve (12) months; if you have not paid any fees, the limit shall be RMB 100.
16.3 The above limitations do not apply to liability arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, fraud, personal injury or death, or liability that may not be limited under applicable law.
16.4 We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, third-party network/service failures, problems with your own device or configuration, or your breach of these Terms or third-party terms. Force majeure means objective circumstances that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome.
16.5 The limitations of liability in these Terms are the basis of the parties' agreement and constitute an important consideration in the pricing of the License. This Article remains effective even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Article 17 Indemnification
17.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, if your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights causes us or our affiliates, employees, or agents to suffer claims, lawsuits, penalties, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), you shall indemnify and hold us harmless.
17.2 We have the right, at our sole option, to defend or settle the relevant claims, and you shall cooperate. Without our written consent, you must not settle any matter in a manner adverse to us.
17.3 This Article does not apply to claims caused by our own fault.
Article 18 Term and Termination
18.1 These Terms take effect on the date you download, install, or use the Software and continue until terminated.
18.2 You may stop using the Software and uninstall it at any time to terminate these Terms. Uninstallation does not automatically delete local data; see Appendix A of the Privacy Policy for details.
18.3 If you breach these Terms, are suspected of fraud/abuse, are required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety of us or others, we have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Software/Services, revoke the License, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability. We will notify you where reasonably practicable.
18.4 Upon termination, you should stop using the Software and delete all copies; the License will immediately become invalid; services such as Cloud Sync will cease. Unless otherwise provided by law or separately agreed by us in writing, fees paid are non-refundable.
18.5 The provisions of these Terms concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, general provisions, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
Article 19 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
19.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules). The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》) does not apply.
19.2 Disputes arising from these Terms or the Software shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the people's court with jurisdiction at Changsha, Hunan, People's Republic of China.
19.3 If you are a consumer, this Article does not exclude your right under applicable law to bring a lawsuit before the competent court in the consumer's place of residence, nor does it exclude any mandatory consumer protection rights you enjoy. EEA/UK consumers may assert their statutory rights before the courts of their place of residence.
19.4 During the resolution of a dispute, the parties shall continue to perform the other parts of these Terms, except for the matters in dispute.
Article 20 General Provisions
20.1 Entire agreement: These Terms, the attachments, the Privacy Policy, and the Billing Platform Terms of Service applicable to accounts/payments/refunds constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Software and supersede all prior oral or written communications. Neither party has relied on any representation or promise not expressly set out in these Terms.
20.2 Conflicts of terms: If these Terms conflict with the Billing Platform Terms of Service, the billing terms shall prevail with respect to accounts, payments, subscriptions, and refunds; if these Terms conflict with an open source license, the open source license shall prevail for the open source components; the processing of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
20.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be adjusted or deleted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
20.4 No waiver: Our failure or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right; any waiver must be made in writing.
20.5 Assignment: You may not assign these Terms or your rights and obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer, and will notify you.
20.6 Notices: We may send you notices through announcements on the official website, in-client pop-ups, in-app messages, or the email address you provide.
